Associated Finishing, Inc covers over 57,000 square feet. Two shifts, all practicing in "Lean Management and 5S". Another “Lean Cornerstone” is Kaizen. A Kaizen is a continuous change in how each of us does our job. The change can be a small one - that individuals can do within their work space. Or, they can be project driven and are conducted by an employee committee to investigate the project and report how a change can help make improvements and how to implement them.
